As a result, children's behavior is not in accordance with the norms in society. This legal paper aims to find out and analyze what are the factors that cause children to commit the crime of theft and how the pattern of guidance applied by LPKA Class 1 Blitar to children in conflict with the law. Of the many cases of theft, the factors that make children commit the crime of theft are economic, social, and environmental factors, from this there is an effort that is given by LPKA Blitar to children so as not to repeat the crime of theft, namely providing spiritual guidance, ESQ motivation, skills , Education So from this the author gives suggestions that what needs to be done as a family role in an effort to prevent the emergence of a child's criminal behavior is to provide intellectual and spiritual moral education as a pre-emptive effort with the aim of suppressing the possibility of children committing crimes under certain conditions. Things that need to be considered by law enforcement agencies and the public are: Prisons or LPKA can educate criminals to learn about various forms of crime, and even have the potential to create criminal groups
